Sign language is visual and has gestures to describe many words, but it is possible to spell a word using the manual alphabet. There is an alphabet for French Sign Language but also an alphabet for American Sign Language.

The decryption of American Sign Language is entirely visual. Many words or names have a single gesture, and only knowledge of this gesture or the provision of a dictionary can translate a word.
However, it is possible that the word is spelled, letter by letter, in this case, the American manual alphabet AMA allows to translate the 26 letters of the alphabet (from A to Z).
The message is made up of hand and finger gestures.
It is very difficult to differentiate between different sign languages (from different countries) without practicing them.
Any mention or quote of people who are deaf, dumb or hard of hearing are clues.

Except explicit open source licence (indicated Creative Commons / free), the "American Sign Language" algorithm, the applet or snippet (converter, solver, encryption / decryption, encoding / decoding, ciphering / deciphering, breaker, translator), or the "American Sign Language" functions (calculate, convert, solve, decrypt / encrypt, decipher / cipher, decode / encode, translate) written in any informatic language (Python, Java, PHP, C#, Javascript, Matlab, etc.) and all data download, script, or API access for "American Sign Language" are not public, same for offline use on PC, mobile, tablet, iPhone or Android app!
