— Google Docs here require a Google Account, by opening an image or a PDF in Docs.
— Gorilla PDF here online, free, limited to 50Mo, generate a PDF file.
To our knowledge, there are no reliable handwriting recognition software, without a supervised learning process.
It is nevertheless possible to make live recognition of handwritten characters (ie: writing with a connected pen)
dCode retains ownership of the "OCR - Character Recognition" source code. Except explicit open source licence (indicated Creative Commons / free), the "OCR - Character Recognition" algorithm, the applet or snippet (converter, solver, encryption / decryption, encoding / decoding, ciphering / deciphering, breaker, translator), or the "OCR - Character Recognition" functions (calculate, convert, solve, decrypt / encrypt, decipher / cipher, decode / encode, translate) written in any informatic language (Python, Java, PHP, C#, Javascript, Matlab, etc.) and all data download, script, or API access for "OCR - Character Recognition" are not public, same for offline use on PC, mobile, tablet, iPhone or Android app!
