A tarot deck has 78 cards including: - 56 divided into 4 colors: spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs. - 14 cards per color: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Knight, Queen, King. - 21 numbered trumps (or arcana) - 1 joker (excuse) See below card drawings and their names.

Each of these cards is generally associated with an idea, a function or an action in the divinatory tarot (the use of the 78 tarot cards is often associated with pseudo-sciences such as clairvoyance).
