Circular Glyphs is a substitution graphic alphabet based on a geometric construction based on circles and arcs of circles on a grid.
Circular Glyphs defines a symbol for each alphanumeric character (as well as an empty character , as a spacing mark) according to this correspondence table of glyphs:

Lowercase and uppercase are the same.
The designs are all based on circular arcs, cut into 4 quadrants/sectors.
A glyph with 2 arcs of circles are never positioned in 2 opposite quadrants.
When there are several rows, the symbols form a grid.

Except explicit open source licence (indicated Creative Commons / free), the "Circular Glyphs Alphabet" algorithm, the applet or snippet (converter, solver, encryption / decryption, encoding / decoding, ciphering / deciphering, breaker, translator), or the "Circular Glyphs Alphabet" functions (calculate, convert, solve, decrypt / encrypt, decipher / cipher, decode / encode, translate) written in any informatic language (Python, Java, PHP, C#, Javascript, Matlab, etc.) and all data download, script, or API access for "Circular Glyphs Alphabet" are not public, same for offline use on PC, mobile, tablet, iPhone or Android app!
