The guitars chords are codes indicating the fingering, ie the position of the fingers on the instrument, here on the strings of the guitar. The chords are usually made by the creator of the original music and then printed on tablatures allowing musicians to reproduce the music-sheet and its musical notes.
Conversion can also convert guitar chords to another instrument such as the piano.
The guitar codes are composed of 6 characters, one for each guitar string to indicate how the musician must interact with the cord. And from left to right there are 6 notes: E, A, D, G, B, e (or Mi, La, Re, Sol, Si, Mi aigu).
There are several notations:
Example: X cord not used
O the cord should be played open
I or 1 cord must be played with the index finger
M or 2 cord must be played with the major finger
A or 3 cord must be played with the ring finger
R or 4 cord must be played with the little finger
B the index finger cover all the strings
Another notation:
Example: X cord not used
O the cord should be played open
1 cord must be played with a finger on the first fret
2 the cord must be played with a finger on the second fret
3 cord must be played with a finger on the third fret
etc.
N cord must be played with a finger on the nth fret (there may be more than 10).
The basic guitar chords are: x02220, 224442, 032010, xx0232, 022100, 133211, 320003
